I got Sirius Satellite Radio a few months ago and so far I like it a lot. There are a few decent ad-free music and comedy stations, but lately I've been listening to a talk radio show called the Young Turks. It's a political show that occasionally dips into pop culture and the odd internal workings of the show's hosts, Cenk Uygur and Ben Mankiewicz. The first thing I ever heard on the show was a great story about Cenk getting into an argument with a kid driving a Lexus while wearing a Von Dutch trucker hat.
In any case, the geniuses at Sirius decided that having a good show on at 5:00PM was a bad idea and have put the Ed Schutlz show in its place and bumped the Turks up to 6:00PM. Nothing against Ed Schutlz, but he's fairly boring and yesterday his show played "Rockin in the USA" by John Mellencamp during the intro. Yawn.
