Looking for a good (free) FTP client for OSX 2

So far I’ve been using the free version of Cyberduck, and it’s painfully slow. Anyone know of a good, free FTP client for Mac OSX?

    Ben,

    Can’t you FTP from the finder? It is built into OSX under the “go” menu.
